"This was the MOST WELCOME surprise of any hotel yet visited in past 30 years of Brighton/Hove visits. From the very first greeting on arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful and hospitable; the room and public areas were spotlessly clean, and all subsequent information or assistance sought was immediately and cheerfully offered. Wow!!! NB Having just come from 2 long haul flights to arrive only couple of hours earlier at Gatwick airport, this hotel was like an Oasis in the desert! Big thanks"
