There’s no elevator or anyone to help you with the luggage- good luck if you’re on the fourth floor. Breakfast was horrible- there was hardly any fruit and everything was stale and nothing was fresh. They will meet you at the train station and walk you to the hotel so you that you don't get lost. We had a Riverside room and the river was so loud but we loved it and even slept with the window open for the white noise. We went to Machu Picchu in the morning and they had no problem storing our book bags until 3:00 p.m. when we caught the train back to Cusco. The room was clean and spacious. There was no AC, but it was not needed.
