The hotel is great. Highly recommended. Our room had a huge window with river and Mountain View. It's a small boutique hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and modern. There is abundant hot water for showers. They have a fantastic outdoor patio where breakfast is eaten. And it overlooks the main river and rapids. The downside to this hotel is that it's situated adjacent to the railroad tracks. Walk five steps from the front door, and you are standing on the tracks, The trains run all day and night. The noise level is quite high and the trains shake the building. Noise isolation between the hallway and the rooms is minimal. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway quite clearly. O quarto é espaçoso com uma boa cama. Indico ficar nos quartos de frente pata o rio, nao tem o barulho do trem. O café da manhã é o que precisa melhorar! Sem opções. Quem não gosta de um pão específico não tem outro. Toalha de banho rasgada, condições bem precárias. Vários prédios foram emendados e o hotel é um quebra cabeça. Atendimento super educado e atencioso. Mas o hotel é um horror. No segundo dia, me trocaram de quarto e fui para o que eu havia reservado, com vista. Mais confortável, mas com box meio de blindex e meio de cortina. O hotel é simples, mas excelente opção para quem quer ir a Machu Picchu. Nosso quarto era voltado para o rio e a vista é linda e pôde-se dormir com o barulho das águas do rio urubamba. Uma delícia.
