As a Machida resident, I had never dreamed of staying in a Machida hotel. However, when I looked for a hotel and stayed there, I was surprised to find that it was very close to the Machida station and that I could stay there for only about 5,000 yen. Well, I thought it was OK to use the hotel for a change of pace once in a while. Machida Bus centre also very close by, making travel very convenient. The Front desk staff are very helpful & polite. Desk is manned 24hrs, though check in normally closes at 23:30hrs. It is on the 5th Floor, sign at the lift indicates. Rooms are maintained & cleaned extremely well. For extended stays room is cleaned every second day. The hotel is an older building, though has been renovated. Is a great option if you want a location outside of Tokyo central. It is still easily accessible from Machida to Shinjuku. Hotel is easily located via Google Maps, signage is displayed on both adjacent streets in English. Some have commented it is difficult to locate in the past online. It suited my travel requirements having completed many short trips away during my stay.
