The rooms and hallways are spacious which I really like. The only thing is that there were few fruit flies in the bathroom area. Other than that, the place is commendable. Thank you to all friendly and welcoming staff.

Awful experience
I was very very upset. I had stayed for 1 and half days because early flight. No choice but to pay fully for 2 nights. The last night, when I checked out at 23:30pm from the hotel, a hotel staff at the counter suddenly said to me, there are not a long and a small towel at my room. They asked me about the towels with suspicious eyes. I was very furious because I was being a thief by them. In fact, pillows smelled bad so I put the long towel on the pillow to reduce the sweat smell. Maybe, a hotel maid couldn't find the towels from the pillow. So I went back to my room with a hotel staff. There were all towels. Frankly speaking, I had bad feelings due to bad smell of bathroom, pillows and no thick bathroom towel when I had the first day. In addition, I couldn't take a sleep well due to continuous noisy sound comming from Karaokes nearby the hotel. However, I didn't express any complaints to them. But I was treated being a thief. I don't believe that this is a real 5 star hotel. This business trip is really awfull. I had a really bad experience at 5 star hotel.

Everything about the property was very spacious - from the rooms to the general areas. Fixtures were modern and clean, but the dining options were extremely limited (including in-room dining which stopped at 9pm). The pool was nothing to write home about, and the casino was rather boring (and this is coming from a non-gambler). The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property as a whole was drab, dull and lifeless.

Our stay was great. However, there was a cockroach found on the floor. :) take note that this was in a suite room. Also, pls add more staff in the midori resto to check the food being served to the guests. There had been a lot of empty food when we had our breakfast.

This is our nth time of staying in Midori and we will keep on coming back despite the many new hotels in the area. Service is great. People are friendly. The pool is warm which we enjoyed our night swimming. Everywhere you look, it’s clean. Can’t wait to be back.

Room was great! Food and restaurant not!
Love the room! It was fabulous! The breakfast ala carte was not so great.. Cafe Midori was the worst! We went there Dec 31 to have our new year’s eve dinner. There was only one other table with guest but we were made to wait for an hour for our food order!!! They tried to placate us with free salad and cold soup but it didn’t work! The cantonese dim sum platter we ordered did not have the selection mentioned in the menu! Really disappointing new year’s eve dinner ever!

i had a very disappointing experience with the lady who check me in Nov. 3, 2019 @ 10pm .. is like blaming me for booking it late! coz there system cant see my reservation. booked the room 5 hours prior to my arrival.decided to stay in midori for couple hours to rest. coz i have a morning flight back to US the next day. that lady took at least 20 minutes of my time explaining and showing her my reservation. “ so tired that day” she ask 12k pesos for assurance that if ever i dont have a reservation they have atleast secured money to charge for. so shameful! i told her that im a frequent guest here. and i even told to her to check my name and yet she’s still act like a boss. she really piss me off because she only gave me 1 bfast tab even tho’ the room i reserved is for two! she’s something. never experience this in any 5 star hotel that i’ve been. feel so embarrassed because who would go to a 5 star hotel w/o reservation? forgot her name but i know exactly her features: Tall skinny light skin short hair with a braces ‘i think*

I like the big rooms, not a fun of the room color and design it's a little dark for me. But the people are all so respectful and nice. I just wish they act a little professional when they are all together. I don't mind I'm a Filipino but how about the other nationality. It does not sound nice when they talk to each other about there personal life. And joking at each other when they are in a group with their co worker. Midori ,I believed is promoting class let's just show it to all, hospitality I have no complain. More power!

처음 입실했을때 방안이 습하고 쾌적한 상태가 아니였지만 에어컨을 풀가동 하고나니 괜찮아졌고 그외에는 대체적으로 깔끔하고 만족하였습니다 조식메뉴도 나름 괜찮았지만 4일 연달아 먹기에는 어려웠습니다

The room they put me on the 2nd floor was very noisy. Ita across from a bar and the casino. I will not return or recommend this place. Will be 1 star. Checked out one day early..even though i lost money I was able to sleep at another hotel.
