Wonderful

Cozy and clean. Would recommend. Would go there again. Safe area and nice to walk around. Great dinner in the restaurant, and lovely typical European breakfast.

Unattractive room, small, dark, smelly and very warm (felt like a sauna). No airconditioning in the room. Although the room was paid in advance for 1 night, we immediately left after entering the room and booked another hotel in Maastricht.

Warme kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt, gehorig hotel

Er was een lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt inbegrepen. Jammer genoeg waren het net warme dagen geweest en is er geen airco aanwezig. We hadden ruiten die wel open konden maar aan de straat en treinzijde, waardoor we vrij veel lawaai hadden als we deze even wilden openen voor om af te koelen. Een kleine badkamer maar wel voldoende aanwezig. De dienstverlening was goed en ze gaven er extra info. De dichtslaande deuren in de gang, zorgden ook voor extra geluidsoverlast.

Nicht nochmal!

Es war insgesamt nicht komfortabel. Direkt bei Ankunft gab es keinen Parkplatz, weshalb man außerhalb nach einem Parkplatz suchen musste, da in der Nähe die öffentlichen Parkplätze den Nachbarn gehören und das Hotel nur wenige Plätze anbietet. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, das schwer zugänglich war (trotz Angabe von 3 Personen inkl. Baby/Kinderwagen). Mussten in ein anderes Gebäude mit Stufenzugang und direkt am Eingang befand sich rechts das Zimmer, die Türen prallten ohne Abstand aneinander. Dann haben wir trotz Baby ein Zimmer, welches ohne Klimaanlage/Ventilator ausgestattet war, mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung bekommen, weshalb es sehr aufgeheizt war. Auf Anfrage haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, im Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug aber auch ohne Klima. Die Nacht wollten wir nur "durchstehen". Haartrockner/Wasserkocher ist auch nicht vorhanden gewesen. Insgesamt enges Zimmer, vor allem das Bad/die Dusche. Auch im Restaurant war es sehr warm. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemühen sich. Das Essen war lecker, aber die Portion klein wie ein 4*-Gang, was nicht zum Hotel passt. Ich war in vielen Hotels, aber das gehört zu den schlechtesten, auch im Vergleich gleichwertiger Sterne. Das Hotel würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Wenn man nur ein Schlafplatz braucht mit WC + Frühstück reicht es, ohne jegliche Ansprüche.

Het hotel was precies wat het moest zijn. Prima kamer met prima bedden. Helaas hing er een rioollucht in de kamer door toiletten onder de kamer. Na melding werd een andere kamer aangeboden en was het probleem opgelost. Eén minpuntje. Op de site adverteerde ze met kindermenu's in het restaurant. Bij aankomst in het restaurant wist men niet af van de kindermenu's. Daardoor moest ons kind een volwassen portie eten bestellen.
