A chaque utilisation d'ascenseur, j'entendais le moteur et du coup je n'ai pas dormis la nuit J'ai demandé de changer de chambre. Ils étaient compréhensifs et ils m'ont changé de chambre. J'ai eu une chambre au rdc. Elle était très humide, froide. Le matelas n'était pas confortable. J'ai demandé de changer de matelas, je croyais que ce n'était pas compliqué de faire. Ils m'ont proposé de rechanger de chambre mais c'est proche de l'ascenseur. Je n'ai pas accepté, je préfère dormir que mal dormir. On m'a informé de nettoyer la chambre puisque je reste plus que 2 semaines. Ça n'a pas été fait. A cause du matelas, j'ai eu une torticolis pendant 2 semaines.
