Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’ils attribue à ma maman, la chambre la moins agréable de l’hôtel à proximité des machines de la piscine qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et une chambre qui nécessitait de descendre de nombreux escaliers. Je suis allé les voir à la réception. Ils lui ont attribué une nouvelle chambre dès le soir même. Cocktail Happy Hour de très mauvaise qualité, nous avons même pas fini nos verres. Service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport gratuit. Ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à moins de 20 minutes du centre de El Nido, ce qui est agréable car le centre de El nido est bruyant."
