### Gîte de Pedelay - Luxey
Come and escape to the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, in a superb forest setting conducive to peace and quiet. Located on a 5,000 m² park planted with century-old oak trees, the Pédelay cottage, a converted single-story sheepfold with a swimming pool, offers all the modern comforts you need in every season. For your cool evenings, light a fire in the fireplace for a warm atmosphere. Breathe in the fresh air; lovely walks along the forest paths await you, take the little train to Sabres to discover our traditions via the Marquèze site, or simply indulge in the local cuisine. A peaceful setting, in a cozy cottage that has preserved its beautiful local architecture. This renovated sheepfold is laid out on one level: Living room with kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms (queen-size beds, and two single beds (90x200), shower room, toilet, and pantry. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi (connection not always stable). Reversible air conditioning in the living room, electric air conditioning in other rooms. Open fireplace in the living room. Bed linens, towels, and household linens provided. Baby equipment available. Covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Children's games: climbing frame (slide, trapeze, swing, etc.), trampoline. For your relaxation, the owners' shared swimming pool (8x4 m - gradual access by stairs on the shallow end - 1.70 m on the deep end. Alarm system + cover) is available, weather permitting, from June to September.
