Private Bedroom: Your generous 20-square-meter room on the first floor is perfect for up to two guests. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large work desk ideal for business travelers or remote workers, and a big flat-screen TV for entertainment. The room is tastefully decorated to complement the apartment's elegant charm, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay. Room-darkening shades allow for a good night's sleep, and you’ll have access to a shared bathroom and a separate shared toilet, maintained to high standards.



Shared Bathroom: Just a few steps from your room, the shared bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, fresh towels, and essential toiletries like shampoo, making your stay as comfortable as possible.



Shared Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is available for all your culinary needs. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and dishwasher, providing everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a morning coffee.



Location: Situated in a delightful neighborhood, the room is a 2-5 minute walk from local bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. You can explore the vibrant surroundings or take public transport for quick access to the city center and other attractions.



Guest Access:

Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation options, including bus stops and tram stations. You can easily explore Luxembourg and its surroundings using the efficient public transportation network.

Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available in Luxembourg, providing a convenient way to travel around the city.

If you prefer to have your own vehicle, car rental services are also available in Luxembourg. This gives you the flexibility to explore the city and its surrounding areas at your own pace.

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM.
