« I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk. »

« I did not stay at the hotel and requested for a refund. I have written to Expedia about this but nothing is been done. I went to the property to check in and was given a room full of dust, with brown water coming from the taps. The water had a strong smell and the tap in the tab bath could not work. I reported the issue to staff and asked if it's possible to get a refund as I could not stay in a room where water was a problem. I was told a refund is not easy & has to be done through Expedia. « The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The garden was really lovey and the pool was a good treat . Mosquito nets didn't fit well, probably not used much. Wifi and tv(dstv) didn't work. The reception was good and food was very tasty »
