Upon entering, ring the vintage bell and discover the tastefully renovated interior... Come and be tempted!  
Formerly the residence of a colonial colonel, the Green House exudes a timeless and welcoming atmosphere.  
  
In the heart of the village, this characterful house offers a large walled garden (2000 m²), perfect for relaxation and enjoying time outdoors. Why not take advantage of the opportunity to play a game of ping-pong or badminton?  
The large garden allows you to fully enjoy sunny days and dine on the terrace, while the spacious and bright interior offers comfort and authentic charm.  
In season, enjoy a crackling fire by the wood-burning stove to warm up after a walk in the countryside.  
Parking is available on the street, and for electric vehicle drivers, a charging station is located just steps from the cottage.  
  
Store your bicycles, motorcycles, strollers, or fishing rods in the outbuilding at your disposal.  
  
Ground floor: The central hallway leads to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as a shower room with a separate toilet. The bedroom with the single beds opens onto the garden, and the kitchen offers direct access to the outside.  
  
First floor: Enjoy the reading nook. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.  
  
Sancoins is 12 km away. Nevers is 45 km away. The Tronçais Forest is 20 km away. All shops are available in the village. Street Art City is 1.5 km away.  
  
The cottage's amenities include bed linen and beds made upon arrival, towels and kitchen towels provided, and firewood. Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
