The house has a large yard facing the river and lots of deer to watch. My kids loved seeing all of the deer so close by. Yhe house has a really nice basement which has a game room and large TV for movies, which we enjoyed. Its near a dead end road and so quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and roomy enough for a family of five. My only recommendation would be a newer coffeemaker as the one there wouldnt get clean enough to make coffee (lots of debris and residue in the carafe after numerous cleaning attempts).
