The house was very clean, awesome basement space for family fun (pool table, surround sound TV, Foos ball, dart board), and outside living space. Our family enjoyed s’mores by the firepit with a beautiful view of the Shenandoah River. We used the grill and loved the back deck. We watched deer every morning and evening. The house has a large yard facing the river and lots of deer to watch. My kids loved seeing all of the deer so close by. Yhe house has a really nice basement which has a game room and large TV for movies, which we enjoyed. Its near a dead end road and so quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and roomy enough for a family of five. My only recommendation would be a newer coffeemaker as the one there wouldnt get clean enough to make coffee (lots of debris and residue in the carafe after numerous cleaning attempts).
