### Vistalba Rent in Mendoza Argentina

Luxury property located in Vistalba, Mendoza, Argentina with an impressive view of the Andes Mountain (Cordon del Plata) and vineyards. The property is in the heart of the Malbec country at walking distance from three wineries. Is located only 3.7 Km (8 min) from the center of Lujan de Cuyo and 20 Km (27 min) from the city of Mendoza. The Mendoza river and Chipolletti dam are located less than 1 Km away. The house is set in 1,800-square-meter piece of land with fruit trees and flower gardens. It is beautifully designed surrounded by natural fences in all 4 sides and with extensive green space. The property is in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac at 100 meters from a vineyard. Access to the property is through two remote controlled gates. Security is provided by double internal and external alarm system with 24/7 distant vigilance system and security cameras.  
The house has central heating. Due to a concern about sustainability and the local micro climate in Vistalba, the house was specially designed to eliminate the need of air-conditioning.  
At more than 5,000 Sq. feet. the house is luminous with lots of windows and doors and has a great view of the park and the mountains. There is a gallery in the west side of the house with 2 benches to sit with a glass of Malbec and view the mountains. There are 4 Bedrooms; 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of closet space. There is a safe in one of the master bedrooms. Eight guest sleep comfortably. Two extra beds could be added as needed, one in the library and one in the mezzanine. There are 3 full and 2 half bathrooms with luxury fixtures. One of the bathroom has a tub with hydro massage. The eat in kitchen, dining room and living room are all part of the beautiful high ceiling space. The ceiling is an impressive display of carpentry and craftsmanship. There is a dining room with large table, buffet and 10 chairs in front of the fireplace in the main living area. There are also several living room sets throughout the house that provided private spaces. The library and conference room also double as an office space and has a conference table and chairs, equipped with a 17 inches Personal Computer, side cabinets and an additional 2 book cases.  
The eat in kitchen has patio set with round table and 6 chairs that can be used for breakfast inside or outside in the gallery. There is a large GE refrigerator with automatic ice maker and water dispenser. There is a Bosch gas stove and 30" Built-In Stainless Steel, Double Electric Convection Wall Oven. In addition, there are a dishwasher and a trash compactor.  
There is a good size laundry room with large washer and dryer.  
There is a covered outdoor dining area (Quincho) with 4 banquet tables and chairs for more than 30 people. The Quincho has, in addition, a large grill with remote control adjustments and capacity to barbeque for more than 30 people. There is a brick oven next to the grill. There is a Bluetooth speaker system to play music directly from your phone.  
There is an enclosed and fully illuminate swimming pool and Spa area including a beautiful water fountain wall and palm trees .  
The region is characterized by dry weather with a micro climate of at least 10 degree below the temperature in Mendoza city. There are 4 well defined seasons with the fall being the best. The area is ideal for mountain biking (group mountain biking to the Andes piedmont could be arranged), trekking, rafting, skiing, and horse riding. Several of the vinyards have excellent restaurants on site.  
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, iron, microwave, toaster, linens and towels are provided.
