Consisting of a welcoming living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with small balcony and a renovated bathroom with shower, the apartment is ideal for those looking for a refuge a few steps from the lake. The bright and well-furnished living room features a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The double bedroom, with its quiet and comfortable environment, guarantees a regenerating rest. The bathroom, recently renovated, is modern and functional, complete with a practical shower. There is also a storage room with wardrobes and a washing machine. A real highlight of this two-room apartment is the spacious roof terrace (accessed via a steep staircase). Equipped with a table, deckchairs, and an umbrella, it is the ideal place to sunbathe, enjoy the panoramic view of the historic center and relax in the open air.
