Das ist kein Hotel. Das ist eine Zumutung ! Das Zimmer war schmuddelig, alt und teilweise defekt. Die Bilder auf ihrer Internetseite und Beschreibung sind nicht übereinstimmend mit dem realen Zustand. Sie sollten dieses Haus aus ihrem Programm nehmen.

Das Haus war schmudelig, der Teppich zerrissen. Die Sonnenmarkise war mit Kabelbinder zusammen gebunden. Die Zimmertür streifte stark am Türrahmen. Hatte nur lauwarmes Duschwasser.

l'aspect de l'hôtel est assez ancien, la porte de notre chambre se fermait très difficilement et la douche était salle. beaucoup de poussière, toilette très serré, bref c'était dépriment de dormir dedans

To far out of way and hard to get to.

Getting to and from the hotel with out a car is very expensive. Even taking city bus which is paid for by hotel, there are many steep hills or steps to climb up from train station. Checked in the staff very nice. In room. No toilet paper, not even an empty roll. Had to go ask for it. The room had paper garbage under table. Breakfast was included but not much to speak of. I would never go back. Legs all bit up in the morning. Bed very uncomfortable and room very tiny.

Das einzig gute an dieser Unterkunft ist, dass sie billig ist. Ich würde davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und riecht. Das Zimmer ist nicht sauber und das Service Personal ist nicht zuvorkommend.

Posizione strategica

Hotel coerente con le stelle che ha e per la fascia di prezzo in cui si mantiene. Il sig. Antonio è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha cucinato una buona cena. Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Lugano. Peccato per ma struttura, se fosse ammodernata sarebbe il top.

Die Villa M. ist für Gäste die keinen Wert auf Komfort und Atmosphäre legen. Es ist eine preiswerte Unterkunft mit Mindeststandard. Die Frühstücksversorgung ist ausreichend, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Die Speisen waren schmackhaft zubereitet. Das Personal war höflich und bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.

Sehr schönes Haus, Renovierung vergessen ☹️

Muffeliger, ansonsten normaler Empfang. Sehr schönes Haus, allerdings ersetzen zugeklebte Fensterrahmen keine Renovierung. Abgewohnt ist geschmeichelt. Frühstücksangebot würde im Obdachlosen-Heim zu recht abgelehnt.

The hotel could stand some fresh paint in the rooms but it is kept clean and it is actually quiet cosy. Area is calm, out of the center. You need a car and you have parking place there for free.

Altes Hotel im Stil der 70 er Jahre . Alles was kaputt geht wird nicht mehr gerichtet. Es ist zwar sauber , aber das ist schon alles . Rasen war einmal nur 30 cm Unkraut ungepflegt. Frühstück sehr schlecht. Brot und Gipfel vom Vortag. Kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche Rollladen kaputt, Fernseher so alt wie das Haus . Kein Flair alles abgewohnt. Preis Leistung viel zu teuer. Lage schlecht.

Hotel completamente da ristrutturare.

Potrebbe essere davvero piacevole se fosse completamente restaurato e migliorato, invece è vecchio e stantio. Poca luce alla sera e lampadine che mancano, televisore che funziona male e difficile da usare... insomma disagevole. Peraltro la colazione è buona e il personale gentile.

Disappointing

Not as advertised. It was over 80 on arrival, and no AC as stated. Apparent staff of one did get a fan by the evening. Saw one person at check in, one other person the rest of the time. Did provide breakfast such as it was, at no additional cost. Tour assistance: stack of brochures available, little personal assistance. Toiletries: bottle of hand soap at sink, no soap for shower, nothing else. No phone, as stated although not important for us. Very old hotel and in need of much refurbishing. Was clean & free parking was nice to have. Very disappointed that the description listed by Hotels.com was so off. Would not book again or recommend.

Etwas aus der Zeit gefallen

In dem Hotel scheint die Zeit stehengeblieben zu sein - es hat ungefähr die Ausstattung der 70er. Wird sehr freundlich geführt, lässt aber den Komfort eines einfachen Hotels vermissen - die Betten sind unbequem und die Sanitäranlagen zu klein (auf derToilette stösst man sich die Knie an und in der Dusche den Kopf). Auch das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher ausfallen, das Beste ist hier eindeutig der frische Kaffee. Insgesamt eine günstige Möglichkeit, in Lugano zu übernachten, aber insgesamt ausbaufähig.

Für den Preis kann es kein Luxus sein, aber trotzdem sollte es sauber und nicht schmuddlig sein. Frühstück nimmt man lieber nicht für den Preis.

Anz. Sterne hat nichts mit Sauberkeit, etc. zu tun

Das Hotel ist alt und heruntergekommen. Eigentlich hat es den Charme der 60er Jahre, welcher ganz schön sein könnte. Es muss aber dringend renoviert und sauber gemacht werden (Frühstücksraum, Küche, Reception, Badezimmer, ..). Sauberkeit und Funktion diverser Geräte (Fernseher, tropfender Wasserhahn, kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche) haben nichts mit Anzahl Sternen zu tun. Ebenfalls lässt die Freundlichkeit des Personals etwas zu Wünschen übrig (kann man auch bei diversen Kommentaren zu Bewertungen nachlesen).
