Discover URBAN 1, a modern and functional two-room apartment located in a newly built complex in Viganello and ideal for a relaxing holiday or a pleasant business stay. The spacious, open-plan living room is equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals like at home and enjoying them on the beautiful 4-seater table that accommodates couples or families. The sofa, which easily converts into a bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), and the large flat-screen TV create an ideal space to relax at the end of the day. The double bedroom is spacious and offers a large wardrobe for storing your clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom, in elegant marble style, has a large shower and bidet. Finally, the bright balcony adds a fresh touch of natural light, a pleasant place for an aperitif or breakfast in the open air. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Free Wi-Fi available. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat. Access: Please note that you will enter the flat by performing a SELF CHECK-IN. After successfully completing the online registration, you will be sent an email with INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the flat yourself. For those who love shopping, Via Nassa is a famous shopping street just a few minutes away, with boutiques and luxury shops. For transport, the Lugano Centro station provides easy access to public transport, while the Lugano Exhibition Centre offers events and exhibitions. How to get there: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).
