With its 2 apartments, you can enjoy a private and peaceful getaway. Enjoy the shared swimming pool (8 x 4 m, available seasonally from June 1st to September 15th) with a shutter cover, providing a refreshing respite during the warmer months. Additionally, the property offers Internet Wifi, a dedicated storage room for bicycles and skis, and ample parking facilities.

Immerse yourself in the serene natural surroundings of Lukowitz, situated just 9 km from the picturesque lake. Embark on scenic hikes along the Wanderweg Plätze der Kraft trail, conveniently located 1 km away, or explore the breathtaking Hochstuhl region at 16 km. For water enthusiasts, the nearby Sankt Johanner Badesee bathing lake is just 9 km from the property, offering a delightful respite on warm summer days.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a shower, separate WC, wood heating, and parquet floors. Additionally, it provides a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and free logs for the wood stove. Complimentary internet access (WiFi) is also included, making it an ideal choice for your vacation. Please note that the property is strictly for non-smokers.
