Discover the historic charm of the 11th-century castle, dine in one of our many restaurants, or quaint cafes, and browse unique boutiques and markets, with Ludlow racecourse on our doorstep. Whether you're exploring the town, venturing into the South Shropshire Hills, or seeking a cozy retreat during a business trip, our home caters to every need The space This new house is located on the new development Quarry Place in Ludlow, this contemporary house boasts two dedicated off-road parking spots. On the ground floor, you can unwind in our generously-sized lounge area, with Sky Glass TV. Adjacently, the fully-equipped kitchen and dining space with patio doors out to a private enclosed garden. From the kitchen, there are stairs leading to two comfortable double bedrooms, both with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower over the bath. Other things to note We have a Smart TV. You are welcome to log into any of the streaming channels, as we don't have accounts for them, but please remember to log out when you leave. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house. Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced Additional rules \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. \-Please respect our neighbors. \-Keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7 am. -This is your home away from home, please care for it as such. \-Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property, we don't want any unwelcome guests. Additional requests Have a safe onward journey. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
