Centrally located at Okemo\`s Mountain Resort\`s Clock Tower base area for easy access to all skier services including Apre’ ski fun and ski shops. each condo features an open kitchen/dining/living area, slopeside decks with trail and ski lifts mere steps from your door. Unit is located on the third floor, no elevator. Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations. VT Rooms & Meals Tax is 12%. The VT Rooms & Meals Tax account number for Inside Edge is: MRT-11096629. RENTAL RULES SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. If parking passes are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in. OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay. PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property. INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, stove, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items. CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. We left early for a refund that was claimed to be full but far less than what we paid. Staying off mountain (half price for a huge three-bedroom house) with a short drive and free shuttle service gave us more convenient access to the slopes than staying in this small third-floor walk-up. Communication from the host was also not great. No one responded at all when we asked if early check-in was an option. Other communications were variable in timeliness. "Ski-in ski-out" at Okemo is not a mistake we will make twice. ##### Philip C.
