The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities. \-------------------------------- First Floor Studio Condo: Property ID#301163 - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4\. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen dual-sided Sleep Number adjustable bed w/remote for adjusting settings; Full Sleeper Sofa. This first-floor studio condo is perfect for your next weekend stay! It is ideally located near the center of this great condo community, adjacent to the indoor pool and fitness center and outdoor pool. The rental is pet-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friend. We simply ask that you include your pet when booking. There is an additional $15/night pet fee which will be added to the stay. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, gas fireplace, water views, easy access. WIFI and Smart TV included (Note: Condo does not have cable) The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! The Boardwalk Vacation Rentals Promise: To our guests, we promise a memorable and stress-free vacation. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Good decision. Location was great, and everything we needed was provided. But the patio and kitchen windows faced the living room windows faced the street, so we didn’t have the blinds up much. Found dog hair on everything, including bedspread and sheets. See pic of ?? on the bottom sheet. Found clean sheets in closet and changed them, left bedspread off. Notified manager. They sent people to clean while we were out the next day. On return, still dog hair on couch and pillows. We booked for 3 nights, stayed only 2\. They did refund the cleaning fee. Great studio with full kitchen for a quick weekend stay! Perfect for the 3 of us! I was MOST impressed with how CLEAN the studio was and it smelled great. (I’m very particular about this and I’ve found most places aren’t as thorough, so thank you!) great location to the 5th street beach and some of our favorite hiking spots! The only downside we found was the gnats (common issue all around) and the tv remote doesn’t work well. Multiple important buttons don’t work at all. We stayed for 4 nights but extended to 5 because we were having so much fun. The location is PERFECT. There is plenty of counter space and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was pretty comfy, we had no trouble sleeping. I loved having the vacuum handy which made it easier to pickup all the sand that we inevitably tracked in. It was pretty chilly and rainy for a couple of our days so we dried our stuff by the fireplace and had a cozy evening. They even had a few puzzles for us so we weren't bored. And fun coffee pods, which were very welcomed on the cool mornings! Our 2 year old golden retriever LOVES swimming and water. This property is steps away from Man Made lake which was perfect. Lake Michigan had a strong undertow and high waves so we kept her safe in the little lake and she had a blast. Afterwards, we would walk her around the neighborhood to dry off. Everyone was friendly and happy to meet her. It was nice to have the grass area right outside and close to the trash so we could throw her droppings away easily ;) Only thing I'd recommend is bringing an extra bath towel for yourself because we only got 2 for 4 nights.
