There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. Appartement Hofquartier is simply wonderful place. Very nice clean cozy room with high quality furnitures, interior, artwork in the room and building. Nice kitchen with all that you need to cook. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes of walk to lake, Kapel bridge. Everything(supermarket, bus stops, restaurants etc)is just nearby. Plus, Patricia is a wonderful staff! Very friendly, caring, smooth to communicate with. I definitely come back again!
