The apartment was very clean and accessible. A few things to note would be the limited supply of toilet paper. As a family traveling through Europe, it was inconvenient for us to make stops to grab toilet paper while we had booked excursions and trips throughout the area. It was the only place we stayed where we had to worry about that. Additionally, the laundry is misleading and is by appointment only for the entire building. This is also tough when you are traveling and don’t have flexible timing. We were under the assumption it was in unit. I contacted the host Lukas and the responses were placating. When further pushed stated that he did not feel it should impact our stay. I disagree. This unit should be taken off the site.
