Ferragosto in Lucera

The location of the hotel works well for any evenings in the historical old city, or getting out of town during the day. The hotel has seen better days and has not seen any modernisation. The fixtures are not exactly vintage but everything that I touched worked fine. Comfort level was pretty average but it was not an expensive stay. We visited during covid so I don't think the pool was open. Breakfast could have offered a bit more choice ahead of early checkout.

Ottima la posizione, ampio parcheggio gratuito, prezzo molto buono, stanze nella media magari da ristrutturare un po', buona la pulizia. Personale gentile. Ho soggiornato una sola notte, appena arrivato ho fatto notare che il frigorifero in camera non funzionava, lo hanno fatto controllare e mi hanno detto che ci sarebbe voluto un po' di tempo perchè era stato spento.... la mattina dopo era ancora "bello caldo".... Non so se è stato un giorno sfortunato ma la colazione sinceramente mi è sembrata veramente scarsa per un 4 stelle: c'erano già 5-6 persone che stavano facendo colazione, ho fatto notare che c'era un solo cornetto, eravamo in due a dover iniziare la colazione, la risposta è stata che gli dispiaceva ma erano finiti... Giudizio complessivo non proprio sufficiente, se non fosse per la buona posizione, il parcheggio e francamente il buon prezzo, avrei dato un punteggio inferiore

L’ Hotel è in una buona posizione per la Stazione ed il Centro; è pulito e con un buon ristorante annesso; i costi sono più che accettabili in rapporto alla qualità ed ai servizi. Qualche lacuna è riscontrabile nella manutenzione generale e sinceramente la colazione è un po’ scarsa e poco ‘continentale’ per un 4 stelle.

In centro a Lucera

molto comodo per arrivare e parcheggiare con grandi spazi esterni e sala ricevimenti come anche la dimensione della camera solo che la struttura non è recente e ha tutto abbastanza datato . Avevo una camera vicino reception ed è stato un incubo in quanto si sentivano tutte le voci e addirittura il telefono che squillava dall'alba.

Hotel con camere spaziose e funzionale anche se un po' datate come pure i bagni, ma nel complesso accettabile. Per sfortuna nel giorno del nostro soggiorno era in corso un matrimonio che si è protrato fino a notte con musica e fuochi d'artificio.

NO RELAX

Ho prenotato per rilassarmi e distendermi, tuttavia ciò non è accaduto. In camera si sentivano diversi rumori provenienti dai piani superiori e la sveglia è stata traumatica. Prima delle 8 si sono avvertirti rumori di spostamenti di mobili e grida tra inservienti che litigavano per la pulizia delle camere. Poi è accaduto l'imponderabile: una signora delle pulizie ha aperto la porta, malgrado fosse chiusa a chiave!!!

The service was friendly once they stopped chatting with their friends and paid attention to the guests. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, but there was a smell of sewer gas which permeated the bathroom. Beds were moderately supportive. Location at the gates of the city quite convenient. The entire hotel looked like it had been very nice twenty or thirty years ago.

Bel établissement bien situé

Très belle chambre confortable, nous avons apprécié l'accueil avec fruits frais et bouteille d'eau. l'hôtel est bien situé. Il est possible de prendre le repas du soir au restaurant, bon rapport qualité prix, mais bruyant. seul petit bémol, connexion internet impossible dans la chambre.

Worth A Detour

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Some nice touches included complimentary fruit and water in the room. My booking claimed to include a breakfast, apparently this wasn't so. Eventually a nominal charge was added and agreed and overall the hotel was great. Lucera is also a great little place for an explore, if coming by train from Foggia stay on until the last stop as there are 2 Lucera stations labelled identically!!
