Additionally, the upper floor features a shower and toilet facility. The top floor is where the living and dining room is located, with sloping ceilings and equipped with a TV. This floor also has an open kitchen, another shower and toilet facility, and an exit leading to a terrace with furniture.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen on the top floor comes with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning, internet access, and a reserved parking spot just 25 meters away.
