The apartment is on the 2nd Floor in a small town house with only 2 apartments. In the old town of Lübeck near the city harbor and Holsten Gate you can enjoy your vacation in the comfortable maisonette apartment. The 55 m² rooms have been extensively renovated and have a spacious living area with high ceilings and real wood parquet. When furnishing the maisonette, the old was combined with the modern. Amenities such as smart TV, CD player, free WiFi and a selection of books invite you to a relaxing stay. The open modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The separate bedroom is accessible via a spiral staircase and can be well ventilated via a Velux window to the rear of the house. The Velux window has a blackout blind. The bathroom has a window and a walk-in shower, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror are available. From the windows you can see parts of the historic harbor on the other side of the Engelsgrube up to the Koberg. Due to the central location you have short distances to the sights of the city, such as the Holstentor, town hall, theater, restaurants and all kinds of shops. There is a historic corridor district directly behind the house, you can crawl through narrow corridors and explore the stories of the houses. Sailing: In the city harbor visa the apartments there is the possibility to charter a sailboat, but also to book sailing trips with a skipper. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt beim checkin. Erstaunlich gutes Internet und Gute TV-sender Auswahl via 1&1Die Wendeltreppe ist sportlich ;o)Das Restaurant schräg gegenüber ist einfach herrorragend :o)Allerdings sollte man die Müllsituation im unteren Treppenhaus verbessern. Das Treppenhaus muffelt - besonders wenns warm wird. Wir haben einen Teppisch gerollt an der wohnungstür entlang gelegt - dann wars ok in der Wohnung ##### Esther Maria H. Wir haben uns zu dritt dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Man sollte sich in der Wohnung allerdings mit Vorsicht bewegen, um sich nicht an den Schrägen oder der Treppe den Kopf zu stoßen. Das Bett war bequem, auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das Fernsehprogramm war enttäuschend. Da wir aus beruflichen Gründen eh den Laptop dabei hatten, haben wir es darüber mit Streamingdiensten gelöst. Das restaurant wurde uns vom Vermieter empfohlen und wir haben jeden Bissen genossen ##### Melanie G. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und der Check-In, Check-Out & die Kommunikation mit Familie Rathsack funktioniert problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt außerdem über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sodass man auch regnerische Tage gut genießen kann. Durch die zentrale Lage sind diverse Bars, Restaurants & die Trave fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Mangel ist die fehlende Verfügbarkeit der privaten TV-Sender. Hier konnten wir leider nur auf die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender zugreifen, das sollte optimiert werden! Insgesamt aber absolut zu empfehlen! ##### Maximilian G. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig. Allein die Sauberkeit hätte besser seien können. Leider fehlten Staubsauger, Wischmop und Putzlappen, so dass man auch nicht selber putzen konnte. Wenn dieser Mangel behoben ist, dann ist es die ideale Wohnung für einen Stadturlaub. ##### Regina D.
