The house was good for our stay. Not very kid friendly. Has a long list of rules I wasn’t expecting. Nothing crazy but just not what we are used to from other rentals. The rules could be in place because it is a college town. This home is perfect for adults or a girls gets away.

The accomodations were exceptional and the neighborhood was easy to find. The only detraction was the tone of the intake and instructions. Having to submit a picture ID was really beyond necessary and the instructions in the house reminded me of my first day in the army. There must be a way to host such nice accommodations without making it feel like a prison experience. If you can get past that the house is clean, spacious and has everything you would want.

The house is nice and clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property. We basically slept, showered, changed, and left. We were in town for my niece's graduation from Texas Tech. We were originally five people, but my son's flight was cancelled, so there was three of us, and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet. I don't like that the neighbor parks their vehicles in front of the house. It met our needs.

Very nice home, nicely decorated definitely made you feel at home. Nice rear yard patio. Grass would have been nice in the backyard but understandable given the Texas climate. Bedrooms were comfortable & everything was extremely clean

quiet, clean. comfortable, modern. would certainly stay here again. two quibbles: 1) check-in process too tech with lots of clicks and texts 2) thermostat quirky, resulting in a chilly house in December
