Amenities like toothbrushes were thoughtful. I was a bit frustrated trying to get the address so we could map to the location. I would prefer to have an address when leaving for the trip and not while driving down the highway. The process for this property is to give the address an hour before check-in.Phone service was unreliable as we were driving through remote areas. About an hour left in our drive to Lubbock, I noticed that check-in process was sent, but with no address. This caused me to feel a bit of panic. Does this house even exist? What if we never get an address? Do we get a hotel?? As you can probably tell, I’m not the best with elements of uncertainty.We got the issue straightened in a timely manner. However, it added an element of stress to the trip, driving through areas with spotty phone service and no address to map to. Otherwise, the stay and communication was good. ##### Lisa S. My wife and I just did a little get away for a few days and this was a clean cozy place to relax. The owner was kind and we had no issues. I would also say that one of the best parts is that I didn't feel like I got swindled. Some of the owners on here will charge an obscene cleaning fee and still want you to do the laundry, the dishes, the trash, etc. This owner was fantastic and the checkout requirements were very reasonable.
