Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ok. Negativpunkte sind das Frühstücksbuffet mit wenig Auswahl und eher auf Reisegruppen ausgelegt (große Mengen pro Gericht aber geschmacklich eher Durchschnitt). Das Personal beim Frühstück war wenig aufmerksam und eher missgelaunt. Dadurch das einige Reisegruppen tageweise dort übernachten ist das Frühstücksbuffet teilweise recht überlaufen und der Geräuschpegel im Hotel steigt teilweise deutlich an. Den Ort erreicht man über das Hotelshuttle oder wer ne guten Fussmarsch schätzt kann auch diese Option wählen. We enjoyed our three days here, although there were lots of glitches and irritating problems along the way. We were just glad to be in a beautiful location which was quiet. The location is stunning and, whilst the breakfast was limited, the internet dropped out a few times, the service was patchy and the English speaking capability of staff is highly problematic, you'll still have a great time here. Each day the hotel organises a trip. We took the sunset cruise and was happy with it. We loved seeing the water buffalo too. To understand the hotel and avoid frustration just know that this is a very good 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. The property is secluded, quite and has one of the best views on Luangprabang. Would definitely return. My only complaint is the shuttle to town and airport is not on schedule and available when needed. Hey, its not perfect but quaint. A fabulous location. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All superb. The views above the Mekong are worth every cent. Service impeccable, attentionné, souriant et “aux petits soins”. Chambres en excellent état et très bien tenues. La terrasse avec vue sur le Mékong est un régal. Petit déjeuner complet avec un très bon équilibre entre laotien et français. Excursions très bien organisées et à un prix abordable. Situé à 15 mn du centre ville, mais navettes dans la journée gratuites ou tuk-tuk à la demande pour environ 5 € par trajet. The restaurant is also good and the buffet for the breakfast is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. Wir hatten für 5$ p.P. eine Sunset Tour auf dem Fluss Richtung downtown gebucht und hatten einen schönen, etwa 45 min. Trip. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die ganze Anlage hat ein besonderes Flair.
