Not good utilities. The hotel is located in a nearby river. The staff was very kind and helpful. But the electric connector on the wall is too loose to charge the phone. The water was leaking from the shower and the high-frequency noise comes out from the water knob all night. It was irritating me. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is outside from the hotel, but in front of the river. In the night it's a little bit noisy because of the motorbikes and people who's hanging around on the street (local people).
