Négligence du ménage
"Bonjour, Je suis déçue de mon séjour au Magdalena. Le golf et les alentours de l’hôtel ont l’air d’être bien entretenus, cependant, le ménage de la chambre n’a pas été fait correctement. Les sanitaires n’ont pas été nettoyés durant les 3 jours, hors nous étions 3 dans la chambre. C’est inadmissible! ..."
