This house with its wonderful outdoor space for enjoying the sounds of the creek made enjoying breakfast on the patio a wonderful way to start the day. The house had everything we needed. We were very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as Galax where we were going to ride the New River Trail. The hosts were wonderful. We were impressed with how clean, cozy, and well-appointed everything was. There’s no check-in here. You just open the key box and walk in. We so enjoyed this quiet place away from traffic but minutes from the New River Trail and downtown Galax. We enjoyed having a bedroom for each of us instead of being crowded in a motel room as we used to be. We claimed our previous bedrooms! We had everything we needed in this sweet super clean home with the owner just a large yard away if we needed anything. Being able to sit on the patio and listen to the creek with your first cup of coffee is special. This is a place where you’ll want to stay any time you’re in the area. Nestled right in the mountains with beautiful views right out the front window. A gorgeous deck and covered porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The homeowners were amazing, friendly, attentive and responsive. We are a military family visiting our family in town and staying here made the whole visit so much more pleasant. ##### Jessica C.
