The house was built in 2018, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a study on the main floor, along with open concept kitchen and great room. The great room area has cathedral ceiling with lots of pot lights, windows all around and loads of natural light streaming in. French patio doors from the kitchen and master bedroom open onto the deck area with stunning views of the Northumberland Strait. Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room and another family room which all have stunning views of the ocean.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

-No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Any damage to property furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest
-We want all of guests to be respectful of neighbours, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund
-Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help
-No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky
-No eating of food in bedrooms
-Remove your shoes whilst indoors
-Indoor furniture is not be be re-arranged or used in different spaces
-Recycle – trash will not be collected if we don't recycle properly. Please follow the instructions on recycling from Pictou County at the back of this booklet and located on the fridge
-Keep all windows and doors closed to reduce mosquitoes inside and to conserve electricity (the heat pump is set automatically to warm or cool the air)
-Please be mindful of the heat –Turn off thermostats if not needed
-Please do not flush anything but toilet paper
-Please be conservative with water as we run on a well
