We had fun, the house was nice, the boat was great, beautiful view. We enjoyed the whole weekend
Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there. Planning to come back this summer with my kids. This is definitely a kid friendly environment. 💗💗💗💗

Unexpected Problem
We arrived to the property around 4:30, with just a few minutes to freshen up before heading to an event. No problems with check in or communication. The house is a trailer (not a problem) and the view of water from the front deck is great. I would say some of the neighboring properties are less than desirable. The problem was the overwhelming MUSTY smell inside. When we opened the door, it was so bad. There was also a plug in air freshener that was very strong. We went in hoping to adjust, but in 10 minutes i decided we couldn’t leave our luggage inside because our clothes would stink. I had a headache and was nauseous from the odor. There was no way we could sleep there. There was not a single review that mentioned a smell, I have no idea what happened. But, we have lost hundreds of dollars having reserved for 2 nights. I messaged the owner after we had left. She did apologize.

The cliffs and the swimming was amazing. We liked how close it was to town too! We saw so many deer, and saw a bald eagle scoop a fish out of the water.

CLIFF JUMPING HAPPINESS
We had a great stay. There was 10 of us we stayed 2 nights. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was fully stocked and the owners where great. We really enjoyed jumping off the cliffs that are about 100 feet from the front porch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Weekend at the lake.
This place is very down to earth. The view of the lake is amazing. The shoreline at the lake is totally awesome. It’s solid rock and makes a very unique place to hang out and swim or fish. The host lives in a nearby property and they were very friendly and helpful. We plan on visiting this property again.

Came for game
We came for ballgame and it was much colder from where we live and we were met with lights on door open and warm and cozy. This was very much appreciated. Woke up to snow which was a wonderful surprise. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful week
We were looking a quiet lounging vacation. This rental met our needs. We slept in late, shared lazy days, and spent a lot of time on the bluffs swimming. While there were a few other people around occasionally. We had a lot of time where we had the bluffs to ourselves. The host Wanda was very hospitable. For such a large lake it was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time.

Everything you need and more.
Wanda has supplied you with everything you will need. Just bring your food and drinks. The closets are filled with lots of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. The kitchen has everything, even flour and sugar and baby sipping cups. Very clean, freshly painted, lots of space, better than the pictures. Spent most of our time on the deck with a nice view of the lake. Too cool to swim, but did a little fishing. Owners live next door and brought over some fresh smoked bacon. Great time.

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. The house has a lot of room for our family and a couple of friends and was very clean. Wanda is very sweet and super responsive to messages. We weren't aware we would have to request some of the things that were on the listing, such as the grill, kayaks, volleyball and horseshoes. But the owners brought items over quickly once we requested them.

We had a great time! Wanda's house is definitely off the beaten path but it was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful and quiet with an outstanding view of and access to the lake. The house was clean and while it's not luxurious, the furnishing and decor were totally adequate. We would happily go back.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. Lake is just steps away and great for fishing. House has all cookware and utensils needed. Also has a grill and fire pit out front. Would definitely recommend.

I was very surprised to pull up to this location and discover it is a double wide mobile home. It is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. There is a very friendly cat that will occasionally come and visit on the front porch. Everything you could possibly need is furnished. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

The property owners are wonderful and extremely helpful. The house was immaculate inside. The lake is literally a 2 minute walk across the street where yiu can tie your boat up or take a little swim. Great Family Spot
The whole Family, aged 4 to 77 enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and roomy and clean, Lots of storage. Our hosts next door were very friendly and hospitable, making us all feel at ease. Caught lots of fish, including 26 pd catfish. Our hosts gave us advise on catching the fish and it worked! Great place to swim, just across the road. We will be back again. Our hosts told us that they liked us and to please come back.

My wife and I enjoyed the sunsets of beaver lake, the cabin is very clean, had everything you needed. Wanda and jim was very nice and accommodating! Definitely would want to share our experience with some friends next time.

The location was amazingly beautiful and quiet. Natural environment, clean weather, and comfy place made a wonderful holiday for us. There are Almost everything you need in cabin, except your personal stuff you don't need to bring something special. The boat was not available unfortunately, you should go far away to rent a boat. Owner was really nice and available, she was so friendly. The road was a bit dangerous and should drive carefully. The pictures you see in verbo are not up to date, for example, fire pit is different and some other stuff.

weekend getaway
We just spent this weekend here and loved it. The lake was just across the street. We were able to unplug, sit on the rocks fishing and enjoying the fall views. The house is very comfortable, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend it for a getaway. The owners were very welcoming. They live next door and available if needed. My family and I are planning a longer vacation next summer and will be staying here.

Family trip
We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend! My husband and I drove from Ohio, my son and ex husband came up from Stuttgart, Ar and 2 other sons and their spouses live in rogers. Extended family joined us during the days. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep and plenty of room for the 9-10 of us to visit and enjoy our meals. The area was peaceful, the view refreshing. The lake is right across the street. PJ (the neighborhood dog) was very friendly and stayed outside on the front deck pretty much the whole time. We did not mind his being there at all. In fact, Ms. Wanda called us the first night to make sure it was OK to let him off her porch. Owners are very friendly and nearby, if needed. House has everything you need for a very nice visit. I bought a few groceries and we never had to leave for anything once we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Not a cabin
This was not a great experience. This is listed as a cabin. It is a trailer. The owners were very nice and easy to work with but the property was very cluttered and had an RV right next to the rental with someone living in it. They had their dog running around on the property and it bit my son. Very upset about that. They offered to refund our money if we could find another place to stay but at that point it was to late. I would not recommend this place. I was very disappointed with it.

The place is really close to the lake. You can see it right out the front door. Wanda was quick to come over when we pulled up. It was great for our needs, especially for the price.
