« The hotel is on the Ohio river in Marietta, OH. The breakfast is reasonably priced in the Gun Room. The bar and grill was nice as well. The single elevator seemed to keep up with the 5 floors. The rooms were a bit dated, but the hotel is over 100 years old, but has been kept up and modernized pretty well. A small refrigerator/freezer would have welcome. »

« After checking in and beginning to unpack, the TV stopped working. Maintenance man was already gone for the day. I've worked in Technical Support for over 40 years, and that is a 24x7 responsibility. Disappointed in their support person, but kudos to the front desk person, Elizabeth, in quickly switching me to a room across the hall, where I had no such problem. »

« This hotel was recommended by family because it was clean and safe. They were right! Not only was everything perfect, but they also had a combination of firm and fluffy pillows on the bed. First time ive ever had this in a hotel. I will stay here again when i visit family. The only thing i would recommend, the anti slip treads in the shower need updating but there was a grab bar. This is my suggestion for almost every hotel but not a deal breaker. »

« This cabin is so neat and unique! Three cozy stories beautifully decorated (the pictures don't do it justice). When we arrived the home was warm and cozy, lights already on. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit more and the view of the woods out back. Lynn has thought of all your needs ...stocked with toiletries, first aid, hair dryer, etc. I would not advise it for anyone with issues climbing stairs....the home layout means lots of stair climbing needed. Wifi...
