The property boasts a shared area of 1,110 square meters, featuring lush plants and a seasonal swimming pool available from May 1st to October 1st. The angular pool measures 6 x 3 meters with a depth of 110 cm. Guests can relax on the spacious 74-square-meter terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The property also offers internet access, making it an ideal holiday rental for families seeking a peaceful retreat with modern amenities.

Nestled in the tranquil surroundings, the property provides ample outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. The 1,110-square-meter shared area features well-maintained plants, creating a serene and natural atmosphere. The highlight is the angular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 3 meters with a depth of 110 cm, available for use from May 1st to October 1st. Guests can soak up the sun on the 74-square-meter terrace, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Unit Layout  
You stay in a 4-room apartment that is 90 square meters on the 1st floor. The living/dining room has satellite TV and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. There are 3 rooms, each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a shower/WC, electric heating (extra cost), a terrace measuring 28 square meters that is partly roofed with terrace furniture, and a marvelous panoramic view of the sea. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. There is a reserved parking spot for 1 car at the house. You are allowed to bring up to 2 pets or dogs, and there is a private entrance. A coffee pod machine "Tassimo" is available, but coffee pods are not provided.
