The recent renovation of the home was nicely done but the storage of the mop (whiched appeared to be dirty after numerous uses),& broom in the bathroom was a bit unsightly. The fact that there was still renovation debris alongside of the water heater in the bathroom & dust on the washer/dryer, water heater, and laundry supplies were randomly placed would be my only suggestion inside the home to be taken care of. The listing states that there is a fenced backyard but only a portion of the backyard is fenced so that should be corrected in the listing.
