The only negative thing I would say is I didn’t like how we were sharing the driveway with the owners and when you walked out of the rented house front door you automatically saw the owners house and instead of their house. I would recommend putting up some kind of privacy fence/plant and if you have renters don’t park your car in the driveway… let the renters have their privacy. I felt like it was pretty awkward.
