(Pool heating is charged at £30 per day) With views over the tennis courts and its extensive grounds. About 15 minutes walk from the sea and the Vale do Lobo golf courses and restaurants. The tennis club has a large pool, restaurant and bar. Master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with private roof terrace. The villa is our second home and therefore very well furnished and fully equipped, not like the usual rental villas! Heating and air-conditioning are included in the price and are not extras. Internet at 100Mbps and Access to SKY+UK+AMLA TV. Usually at the end of a holiday spent in a property rental and considering what feedback to give, it is often quick and convenient just to give 5 stars and say “great holiday” irrespective of the experience. In this case however our comments and thanks to the owners are genuine and heartfelt. The first thing to say is that the villa is beautiful and immediately felt like home. As tennis players it could not be better located not only to play but also to enjoy watching others being coached. We quickly found our bearings thanks to the maps and guide provided, and enjoyed the beaches in every direction. The 2 terraces are perfect for different times of the day, and the pool was enjoyed by our son who loves water and was with us for 3 days, and surprisingly also by us, who are less keen swimmers 🏊‍♀️! The facilities including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge are more than ideal, and we were even able to enjoy World Cup rugby on the TV. Very large, clean and comfortable, we even checked the brand of mattress on the beds they were so comfy. Well equipped although another set of towels would be helpful but there’s a washing machine so we washed ours. Few minor issues as I think we were the first visitors for a while but contacted the owner and they were sorted straight away. This is our 4th holiday to Vale do lobo and although it has grown since our last visit, still great beach, great facilities and great restaurants the only downside is the bus in no longer free at 60 euros pp and an email from the owner! I would definitely book bike hire before you arrive, the bikes around the resort are for owners only. We hope to visit again soon and would definitely recommend this owner and villa ##### Sharon P. The villa is large, spacious and very clean. The fact that even my wife thought it was clean says a lot! :-) We enjoyed using the heated pool and the bath tub(s). Also the upper terrace has loads of sunshine which we loved. The beds are also very comfortable, we only needed to get used to the beds being singles but that is a personal preference. There are also tennis courts very close which is especially great if you love playing tennis (we also got a very good discount for the courts and lessons via the owners). The beach is close (5 min drive) and some good restaurants at the beach (very fresh fish). The owners are very friendly, helped us gladly and responded very quickly to all our questions. All in all we loved spending our vacation there and would love to come back again soon! ##### Ruben Z. The villas are nicely tucked away and are in a quiet spot overlooking the tennis courts. The villa is in a traditional style and is furnished very comfortably in a tasteful way. The pool was just big enough for adults to cool off in and would be perfect for younger ones as it had a good sized shallow end. Everything was in great working order and we made use of the washing machine. The villa is surprisingly spacious for a 3 bedroom and the master bedroom is a fantastic size. I particularly enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace which was very private and peaceful. If you are looking for a peaceful, spacious, central and traditional villa, this is the one for you. ##### Sophie B. A moradia está muito bem conservada, equipada e verifica-se a estima que o proprietário por ela. A propriedade está num local magnifico, em frente ao campos de ténis, os campos de golfe estão ali ao lado, a praia encontra-se a 15min (a pé), e a envolvente é optima para quem gosta de dar uma caminhada aproveitando as sombras dos pinheiros mansos, muito acessível a carrinho de bebés. Os proprietário são pessoas excelentes, desde o dia da reserva, tiveram o cuidado de explicar como é todos os equipamentos funcionavam, aconselharam os restaurantes e o locais de compras. E mesmo durante a estadia tiveram sempre a preocupação de perguntar se estava tudo bem. Local muito calmo, estando a vivenda bem equipada. O contacto e disponibilidade do proprietário foi sempre excelente e adequado por parte da empresa de manutenção.
