Terras Ruivas, Portugal offers a cosy, comfortable single-family vacation rental with a private angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.), outdoor shower, Internet WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, and parking at the house. Surrounded by a yard, this property provides an ideal setting for your holiday rental.

Enjoy the great outdoors with a private swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips and relaxation. The outdoor shower adds convenience, while the yard offers ample space for outdoor activities.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner lives on the same property and does not accept youth groups. Young groups under 25 years old will be charged an extra deposit per person on the spot. The pool heating service (20ºC-22ºC) must be informed to the property owner one week before arrival, with an additional fee payable on the spot after 7 nights for pool heating. A car is recommended for your stay.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to a sports harbour (5.5 km), marina (5.5 km), 27-hole golf course (2.5 km), surf school (5.2 km), sailing school (4.3 km), and tennis courts (3.4 km). Nearby attractions include Aquashow Water Park (4.4 km), Praia de Vale de Lobo (11 km), Praia da falésia (12 km), and the well-known Parque natural da ria Formosa (27.6 km). Amenities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and a pedestrian zone are within a reasonable distance.

You will be staying in a 5-room villa called "Meu Cantinho" with a total area of 203 square meters. The spacious living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), cable TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also provides access to the terrace. The villa consists of four bedrooms: one room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating; another room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 900 cm long), a shower, bidet, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating; a third room with two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; and a fourth room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, heat available, a microwave, and a television. The villa can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (not included). Other facilities provided are an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot (extra charge), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available.

The villa has a separate WC from the bathrooms. Please note that the open-hearth fireplace in the living/dining room is solely for decorative purposes and cannot be used for heating or any other functional reasons.
