Fantastic value. Free WiFi, Free Sky Sports and Free Sky Movies. This is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom all ensuite, 4 bathroom Townhouse Villa with marble and wooden floors throughout in an ideal location in Vilamoura. Just 400 yards from our house is a brand new supermarket Pingo Doce. Handy for getting all of your shopping done with no need for a car.
We have a cot for infants and can add an inflatable bed to the bedroom with two single beds to accommodate 3 people. So we can cater for up to 9 people plus an infant on application.
Please have a look at our previous guests reviews. They rate us as 5 star and amongst the best villas in the Algarve. They will confirm that everyone who has visited us has enjoyed and would highly recommend our villa.
We have just installed a brand new kitchen with Bosch Appliances and an American Style Double Fridge Freezer with Filtered Ice and water dispenser.
Our house is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned. If you don't wish to hire a car we have a local bus stop immediately opposite our house and one stop takes you to the Marina and Falesia beach. There is a timetable in the house. Wi-Fi available and free.
We have SKY+ TV including all SKY Movies and SKY Sports and an internet TV system with EVERY channel including BBC1.2 ITV Chanel 4, Chanel 5 and all sports channels including BT Sports.
It has a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15 m by 6 m pool which is only 5 paces from the house. Kitchen has recently been modernised and is equipped with new Bosche appliances and is a pleasure to cook in.
Only 900 yards to 3 of the golf clubhouses ( Laguna, Millenium and Victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the marina area and beaches. Overlooks the Millenium Golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.
Entry leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather style seats, and large sitting area with leather 3 seater, 2 seater and large armchair. Large LCD TV with full SKY TV.
Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. Most of our neighbours either live there and take the pool for granted or use their houses as holiday homes. We have 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. As our Villa is at the end of the complex you only have one neighbour. You also have great space directly in front and as the pool is only 5 paces from the Villa terrace it's easy to dive in and out without to much running about.

Superbe maison avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. Très propre. Alfie est un hôte très gentil et qui ne manque pas de s’assurer que nous ne manquons de rien. Beautiful property in great location. Unfortunately lost the hot water on the second of our 4 day stay . Host was proactive in getting it fixed but couldn’t be done in time before we left . Requested compensation for the inconvenience of 6 adults without hot water for 3 days as well as spotty internet. Host agreed and did offer compensation.

#### Fabulous apartment for the family!
Lovely spacious apartment, well looked after and very well equipped. Swimming pool off the apartment. Supermarket no more than 10 minutes walk away . Host very helpful. Uber, Bolt taxis reasonable priced. We were a family of 9 with two little ones, didn’t have a car used taxis. Vilamoura short taxi ride price varied between 4-5 €. Great family holiday!

Our trip to Alfies villa in August exceeded our expectations by miles. The location is fantastic with Villamoura Marina a short taxi ride away and a shopping centre a short walk. We stayed for 4 weeks and used Uers for everything, so easy. Alfie is one of the best hosts we've stayed with, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Would recommend Alfie and his villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, well connected and fun Algarve holiday.

Kids still raving about our recent stay at Alfie's villa - it is absolutely fantastic - everything you could imagine needing is provided in villa - had the pool to ourselves most of the time - great terrace with ample loungers - super built in outdoor BBQ that we used while watching euros final - pingo dolce supermarket 5 minutes walk away and only 5 euros for Uber into Vilamoura - really couldn't rate this villa any higher and Alfie, the owner, could have been a better host

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It really is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone, we had 9 in our party. The area is quiet, perfect for the relaxing days around the pool. The supermarket is literally a 5 minute walk but there isn’t much else within the immediate vicinity. We had young children so ended up spending quite a bit of money on taxis back and forth to the marina and various other places (as needed two taxis each trip due to the size of our party). Alfie was always only a text or phone call away and gave plenty of information to make our holiday as smooth as possible.

#### Vilamoura stay
We loved Alfie and Eileen’s property. It was roomy and well equipped for our needs. We were a party of 6 adults 4 of which aged between 18-23. There is a brand new supermarket just a few minutes walk away open 7 days a week which was a total godsend and open 7 days per week from 8am keeping the younger ones in treats and hydration! Approximately 50 minutes walk to the closest beach. The nearest restaurant was around 15-20 minutes walk away and a couple of others 25 minutes walk away. Having young adults with us and only these places to eat locally was quite restrictive and therefore we used Ubers to go to Albufeira and Vilamoura, which was £20/10 respectively each way. We had a couple of bbqs at the property due to lack of local restaurants which was nice to be able to do. The pool area was lovely and clean and mainly only us using it despite being shared with 5 other properties. If you’re into golf then there are several courses on the doorstep. Overall a great experience albeit a very quiet location.

#### Great Family Holiday
There were 7 of us staying at the property for a family holiday, and we all had a really great stay. The property is really spacious and the shared swimming pool is great (we had the pool to ourselves at some point every day we were there). Access to places does probably require a car for larger groups (there were bikes that could be rented just outside the house) but there was plenty to do within 15-30 minute trips. Would definitely recommend the listing as well as Alfie (the owner) who was really communicative and helpful from the start.

#### Perfect family holiday
The property is perfectly located, very quiet and secure. The interior exceeded our expectations and the kids had the time of their life with the pool right outside the door. We enjoyed many dinners on the patio watching the sun go down. The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Alfie, the host, was so attentive. There was an issue with the dishwasher which he had fixed straight away. All in all it was a brilliant week away and we look forward to returning in 2023.

#### Ferias fantásticas em Vilamoura
Ótimo. Para passar uns dias com a família e/ou amigos é o ideal. A casa é muito boa, com todas as condicões e o acesso à piscina é Top.. e ali ao lado. Para quem tem crianças é uma maravilha. Local calmo, fácil aceso, recomendo vivamente.

é sempre agradável quando um alojamento corresponde integralmente às nossas expectativas. Além de bem localizado, o imóvel dispõe de todas as comodidades necessárias. O proprietário, sempre prestável, sempre respondeu em tempo útil. Um alojamento de referência para férias em familia.

#### Great stay
This apartment has everything you could ever need during a stay in Vilamoura, with your family/friends. Great location, spacious, very clean, comfortable, very well equipped and nice pool area. Very suitable for kids as well. Before and during the stay, Alfie (owner) always showed availability to clarify any doubt and to help us on every issue raised. Would love to stay there again, next Summer.

Somos uma família de 9 pessoas e passamos uma semana na casa do Sr. Alfie e foi fantástico. Das melhores casas que já alugamos até hoje. Com tudo o que é necessário e limpeza magnífica. Cozinha nova e completíssima. Casa fantástica. Recomendo vivamente e espero voltar brevemente.

#### Wonderful time
Alfie is the perfect host. Very nice, attentive and available throughout the whole stay, before and afterwards. We forgot a bag outside the gate, on the pavement, when we were leaving. When we got home and called Alfie, he immediately got in touch with a very nice neighbor who luckily found our bag and kindly kept it with her for us to pick it up. Alfie’s quick action was really important and we are very thankful. The villa is spacious, comfortable and very, very well fitted. Parking is super easy, always in front of the entrance. Very well located, a short drive to beaches, restaurants and the Marina. We had a wonderful family time. Obrigada!
