This is the Pine Hills Condominium, a luxury and modern apartment complex nestled amidst trees and fields in Quarteira, Portugal. It boasts 55 apartments and offers a range of amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option for vacation rental. The well-appointed complex features a beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with plants and trees, providing a serene and cozy atmosphere.  
  
Outdoors  
The Pine Hills Condominium offers a stunning outdoor area with a seasonal swimming pool (depth 135 - 175 cm, available from January 1 to December 31). The pool area is equipped with a WC, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. The property itself is surrounded by a fenced, well-maintained terraced garden adorned with lush plants and trees, creating a tranquil and inviting environment.

Within the condominium, residents have access to a fitness room, lift (elevator), air conditioning, and washing machine facilities. Parking is available at the house, including a communal covered parking space labeled L30. You will enjoy your vacation in the 3-room apartment that spans 123 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. The living/dining area features a sofa bed, dining table, TV with international channels, flat screen, and air conditioning along with forced-air heating. This area also leads out to the terrace. One of the bedrooms has two beds, a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The other bedroom comes equipped with a french bed, a bath/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and also provides access to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with modern and cozy decor, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine (capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine are not included). Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. You will have access to complimentary WiFi internet and a reserved, roofed parking space or garage.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is part of the "Pine Hills Ametista" property and offers a side view of the swimming pool and garden from the terrace. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is suitable for families and is a non-smoking environment, with a fire extinguisher on site for safety purposes.
