The Fig Villa is a charming holiday home located in the prestigious resort of Vilamoura, in the stunning region of the Algarve, Portugal. Originally built in 1983 by the family and recently renovated in 2023, this property maintains all the distinctive features of traditional Algarve houses, with its iconic palette of white and blue colors. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, it provides guests with an atmosphere of calm and serenity.  
  
With two floors and four bedrooms, this spacious villa offers all the necessary comfort for a memorable stay. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a convenient bathroom. This floor is suitable for guests with reduced mobility as there are no stairs.  
  
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, one of which is an elegant suite with a private bathroom, providing extra privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom is available for the other rooms on this floor.  
  
The highlight of this property is its magnificent terrace, which offers stunning views of the adjacent club, where guests have access to a shared pool, a playground, and a tennis court. This space is perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying leisure time with family and kids.  
  
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), double glazing, and shutters, ensuring guests' comfort throughout the year. Outside, a well-maintained private garden, with the fig tree that gave its name to this fantastic villa, awaits you, complete with sun loungers for relaxation, a barbecue area for preparing delicious meals, and a table with chairs for outdoor dining.  
  
The privileged location of Fig Villa is just a 15-minute walk from the stunning marina of Vilamoura, where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and water activities.

Bedroom 1: with double bed, wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.  
  
Bathroom with shower, washbasin.  
  
Private garden with access to the common pool area.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.

#### Great property - close enough to walk to marina 

Very good property - it’s modern and simple which makes it easy to manage keeping it clean. The shared pool is huge and there is plenty of sun loungers etc You can walk into marina in 15 mins - only downside would be there is no hoover just a vacuum
