It has 7 fixed beds and 1 removable bed. Capacity for 9 people. It also has a garage for 1 vehicle and large garden patio with private pool. Quiet residential area with privacy. The villa has: large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine; laundry room with washing machine; living room with satellite tv (200 channels), DVD and fireplace; internet network in all compartments; safe in 2 bedrooms; air conditioning in the rooms; alarm system; barbecue in the garden. The whole house is furnished and properly equipped with utensils, bedding and bathroom. The surrounding area has extensive green areas, golf courses, tennis courts and areas for varied sports / leisure. Also noteworthy is the proximity and good accessibility of Vilamoura's marina, shopping areas, casino and beaches. Tout était parfait : la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. L’extérieur est un vrai havre de paix : piscine impeccable, jardin entretenu et de nombreux espaces pour se détendre ou partager des repas en famille.L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois calme et proche des commodités. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité du lieu, qui nous a permis de nous reposer pleinement. Les hôtes sont d’une grande gentillesse et très réactifs, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons cette villa sans aucune hésitation et espérons avoir la chance d’y revenir lors de prochaines vacances. The town was only a 15 minute walk away. The listing doesn't do it justice as it was Huge! Plenty of room for the 5 of us with a large pool. The villa had everything you need apart from a dustpan and brush or indoor broom. This would make it alot easier to clean up when you have a mishap. The villa was just as advertised, spacious and clean, lovely pool area and gardens, and very close to the shops and Vilamoura Marina. Carlos / Ana were always available by message if required and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a relaxing time away. Some useful info: Uber taxis were here within 2 mins usually, a Spar and Krunchy Kream coffee and doughnuts within 5-10 min walk and Intermarche another 5 mins further, with the marina another 5 minutes further on. Only drawback we found was (and nothing to do with the Villa) there was a lot of mosquitoes about and we definitely had to buy insect repellent and cortisone cream. ##### Greg K.
