This is the Pine Hills Condominium, a luxury and modern apartment complex nestled amidst trees and fields in Quarteira, Portugal. It boasts 55 apartments and offers a range of amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option for vacation rental. The well-appointed complex features a beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with plants and trees, providing a serene and cozy atmosphere.  
  
Outdoors  
The Pine Hills Condominium offers a stunning outdoor area with a seasonal swimming pool (depth 135 - 175 cm, available from January 1 to December 31). The pool area is equipped with a WC, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. The property itself is surrounded by a fenced, well-maintained terraced garden adorned with lush plants and trees, creating a tranquil and inviting environment.

Within the condominium, residents have access to a fitness room, lift (elevator), air conditioning, and washing machine facilities. Parking is available at the house, including a communal covered parking space labeled L30. There is an exit to the terrace from the living/dining room. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning and forced-air heating. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules not included). Additionally, there is a separate WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers various amenities for your convenience and comfort during your vacation. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, heating available, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the apartment is four guests, and it features one bedroom and one bathroom. Terrace furniture and two deck chairs are provided for outdoor relaxation. Other amenities include an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved roofed parking spot and a garage are also available.
