### Charming Apartment with Private Garden & Pool

Welcome to Portugal! Located in the heart of Vilamoura, 15Km away from Faro International Airport and just 5 min drive from the beautiful Marina where you can refer to Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Shopping and Ice Cream. This modern and fully furnished unit with private terrace and garden is located in the private Solar Monteverde condo with reception service, lots of green spaces, 2 swimming pools and a parking space.  
  
The space  
2 Bedroom apartment, located on ground floor, it features an outside patio and private garden with south facing and direct access to the pools, where you can lay down, relax and get some sun.  
  
Kids can also enjoy our kids playground with direct access from the garden.  
  
This modernly refurbished apartment is included with the following:  
  
• a living room consisting of dining and sofa & tv area, FullHD SmartTV LCD with cable TV and WiFi. The living room is bright and spacious; There are large windows, from floor to roof, providing excellent natural sunlight leading out onto the terrace and outside areas such as green-zones, pools and playground children;  
  
• two bedrooms with double beds for 2 people each (max. 4 people), with all necessary linen and towels provided for the accommodation;  
  
• a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a long or short stay in Vilamoura, such as: microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery , orange juice machine and much more !! ;  
  
• A “cozy” external terrace and private garden, consisting of chairs, dining table and sun loungers, where it is possible to sit outside and have a breakfast with sunshine or only to relax and drink a glass of wine after a tiring day of sightseeing in Lisbon or even a spot of “al fresco dining” facing the peaceful and silent atmosphere;  
  
WiFi is included.

#### Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment very well equipped. It is located in a quiet area (25-30 minutes walking from Vilamoura’s Marine) within a nice residencial development. To highlight the private garden and the wonderful swimming pools.
