Large and lovely apartment nestled in the heart of Museum Row and on The Bourbon Trail in Downtown Louisville!Loads of historic charm and modern amenities, and amazing Main Suite & River views - 4 bedroom/2.5 bath apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor! This unit is great for privacy and togetherness wrapped in one! Guests will enter thru the lobby where stairs or the elevator open directly to the unit which includes 2 suites, plus an extra bedroom off the hallway. Accommodations include:

Awesome and spacious property right in the heart of downtown. I loved how everyone was spread out with the multiple units we rented for the entire 2nd floor. Cool spot for sure!

Great location, beautiful place

Everything went smooth, we had everything we needed and we all enjoyed the beauty of the building. Comfy beds. We struggled at first figuring out the a/c and heat but got it figured out. We were able to walk everywhere or uber and the parking garages were close. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great Location

This place is absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better! The views are stunning, and Queen was incredibly helpful during check-in. Just a heads-up—since you're downtown, there is some city noise, and you may hear tenants above. Depending on your room, the bathroom space might be a bit tight, but overall, our stay was fantastic!

Bourbon tour with the Boys

Property was on Whiskey row and within a mile of everything we wanted to do. From Bourbon tours, to the Louisville Bats game, and the Louisville Bat museum. The wives were jealous and want to return.

Great property except parking

We had a wonderful time in Louisville. The owners of the property were amazing. They upgraded our stay to a nicer unit at no additional cost. Property was above average with all the amenities of home. Only downside is that it is downtown with no private parking, paid parking lots recommended are sketchy and not patrolled very well by local police.

Knockout Location & Layout!

Boys Wknd Road Trip, we did Bourbon Trail then onto The Indy 500. The Muhamad Ali themed photos and artwork of Cassius Quarters was amazing. Huge layout with a balcony view of The Ohio River and downtown. Plenty big enough for 4 couples or in our case 4 dudes. Easy walk to all the coolest bars and restaurants, Diane & Patti are great hosts.

We had a fabulous stay when we visited Louisville for my husbands birthday weekend! The place was decorated so cute with the theme throughout. It was a wonderful place to return to after our Bourbon tours. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us throughout as needed. We would highly recommend staying here as it was right in the middle of everything!

Excellent location with convenient parking behind. Walking distance to great food, breakfast and coffee, and distilleries. The loading zone made for easy in/out. The rooms were spacious and modern. We loved it and recommend it.

Great place for Bourbon Tours

We stayed at Cassius Quarters while doing Bourbon tours. You can walk to Angel's Envy, Old Forester, and Michter's. This is a beautiful and spacious condo.

Great stay!

Great communication from Diane & Patti, including upgrading us to a better unit in the same building when VRBO accidentally double-booked the unit we originally reserved. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and furnished, and very comfortable. Perfect location in the middle of many Louisville attractions, too! We were only here for one night, but I’d love to return and stay longer sometime.

Great property close to many restaurants and museums.

We were in town for a conference at KCC and was a very nice walking distance. The property had great options for one couple up the 5 couples that we had in our group. We all really enjoyed visiting on the patio of the presidential with nice comfy furniture and beautiful views of the river.

Great property but came with noise

The property and our experience was great. Great location. Only problem we had which was out of owners control was the fashion show right in front of the property. Organizers decided to setup and teardown over night and it was very noisy. There was also noise coming from above after normal living hours.
