There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. a large living room and a lovely, bright kitchen. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware. Beautiful hardwood flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. The bedrooms have queen size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet and storage space. Washer & dryer in the unfinished basement along with plenty of storage and a half bath. Wherever your day takes you rest assured you will have an inviting comfortable home to come back to. There is a large front porch for sitting and relaxing and a patio in the private backyard. There is also a 2-3 car garage for your use as well. Be the first to enjoy this renovated home with new furnishings!! You will be delighted at how close you are to all the attractions in Louisville while staying at this home which is nestled in a quiet established neighborhood. 5 minutes from the Louisville Zoo/Mega Caverns and only a couple of minutes off the Expressway makes this location convenient to everything! Almost walking distance to The Highlands neighborhood with shopping and dining galore. Only a short drive to many city parks, historic Churchill Downs and many other local attractions! There is also a grocery store about 5 minutes away! There is ample parking for 2-4 vehicles. The house was easy to locate, convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. and very clean. Eric was communicative with us. My only observation is that there were few supplies. No extra trash can liners, paper towels or toilet paper, no basic condiments such as salt, pepper or ketchup/mustard. We were there for five days, and only two dishwashing pods. If we knew this ahead of time, we would have been prepared, as other houses we have stayed in before have been very well appointed. All in all, a pleasant and safe stay. ##### Deb C. We didn't spend much time at the house except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms. Everything was nice and clean. A few minor inconveniences: We couldn't find a remote control for the downstairs bedroom tv. There was no hairdryer in the bathrooms. The table seats 4 and "you can't eat in the living room" which poses a problem for 6, unless you eat outside. We opted for nothing more than coffee at the house. We also enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious, and we were able to cook together. It had four beautiful bedrooms, and they were all spacious, not cramped. The garage was a nice bonus because we were able to fit two cars and not take up so much driveway space. We also enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and on the front porch. I don’t know if we got lucky or she always provides the extras but she had coffee pods, dish detergent and bathroom hand soap and trash bags. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The only thing that wasn’t perfect is, it might have been cleaned and then set empty for awhile because the sinks, tubs, toilets were all very clean but there were some spider webs with some dead bugs by the back door and some cobwebs other places.
