RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with Airbnb policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with Airbnb Off-Platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

5 grandkids ages 6-18 , daughter & her spouse and grandmother and grandpapa/me. Master suite with walk in shower & jetted tub was great for us on main floor. Beds & bathrooms for all upstairs and basement. Kids loved the arcade games. Easy on street parking in front. Just needs a hand rail up the front steps for an old guy like me.

Louisville Birthday Trip

Awesome property. We stayed with a group of 8 adults. We had plenty of room to hang out together or be by ourselves. The house was well maintained. Loved the neighborhood, which had restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had one issue with the temperature of water in the basement shower. The manager responded to the concern very quickly and it was fixed within a few hours. Would definitely pick this place to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Norton Commons Lux! The home was absolutely perfect for our group of four—each of us had our own room, and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. We had a couple of small hiccups when we arrived, but the host responded immediately and took care of everything quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.The location is excellent—set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with a great pizza spot and a cozy breakfast place just around the corner (we didn’t eat there this time, but it was nice knowing the options were so close). Grocery stores were also conveniently nearby. The host was great, and we truly felt at home. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Christmas Family Gathering

We had a small Christmas family gathering. The basement with the pool table was a big hit! There was plenty of storage space in the Kitchen and the gas stove was great. I would recommend this home and we would rent again.Thanks Brandon for all your help.

Business off-site

We rented two houses in the same neighborhood to hold an off-site business meeting. This particular house was the 'meeting' house because of the gathering spaces both during and after the meeting. The home is very nice and in good condition with everything we needed including several large areas for breakouts and room for 11 ppl to meet in the same space for discussions and review of visual information on the TV.

This house was perfect for our AAU basketball team! Our girls loved having a fun house to come back and hang out in while they were in-between games! The pool table was a huge hit and we were able to walk just around the corner to enjoy shopping, food, and sweets!! We were actually sad to leave! Definitely looking forward to our next trip to KY!!! As advertised!

Luxe Commons was beautifully photographed, but you never know until you get there if the actual place matches the photos. I can honestly say, it was as advertised! A beautiful house, yard, and neighborhood. The location was very convenient for all of our needs (wedding venue, downtown, Churchill Downs, and airport). Most places were no more than 15-20 minutes away. While we were on the move most of the time, we did have a comfortable and family fun place to come home to when needed. Would stay again should the occasion arise!

Perfect for our group of 10

10 of us came into town for a three night stay for a wedding. The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool table were popular and the beds were comfortable. Booking and communication with the host went well. Self check-in was a breeze. The only slight issue was that the downstairs shower was unavailable due to a plumbing problem but there were two other showers so it wasn’t a big deal. The neighborhood was great with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Wonderful Stay! Beautiful Home!

We stayed in the house with 3 couples while we were in town visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house was amazing. Decorated beautifully. Central location in a cute neighborhood. Sat outside one night under the patio lights and listened to a guy play acoustic guitar from one of the neighboring restaurants. House was clean and well appointed. Plenty of parking. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in Louisville.

Great stay for a group of couples!

This property is so beautifully decorated- it’s hard to believe it’s a rental. So many great spaces for people to gather or to be separate. Just one block away from restaurants, coffee shop, boutiques - great neighborhood for walking/running and very safe feeling. Not far off the interstate and convenient to get to the city. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing house and convenient location.

The house is beautiful and everything is exactly as described. 17 minutes from downtown and 15 from Top Golf. The Norton commons area is filled with cool places all, within walking distance. Host responded quickly and overall it was a great stay. Will definitely consider this VRBO again when coming back to Louisville.
