Located near Lynn Family Soccer Stadium, local distilleries, Churchill Downs, and the vibrant dining and shopping options along Frankfort Ave, making it a prime spot for those who enjoy city life. This house is perfect for groups, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Whether you're in town for a soccer game, distillery tours, or exploring Louisville, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With two king beds, two full beds, and two queen beds, everyone will have a cozy place to rest after a day of exploring the area. The basement and four of the bedrooms have smart Roku TVs that allow you to sign into your streaming devices so you can pick up where you left off on your favorite show! We provide parking for three vehicles, plus free on-street parking in front of the house. We couldn’t keep the two youngest one off the swing and the bean bag. I would stay at this house again when I come and visit my son.
